Dashboard Overview

The ZEM Cloud home dashboard provides a quick overview of your managed endpoints and their current status.

Accessing the Dashboard

The home dashboard is displayed automatically when you log in to ZEM Cloud. You can return to it at any time by clicking Home in the sidebar.

Dashboard Statistics

The top section displays key statistics about your managed endpoints:

Total Endpoints

The total number of desktop endpoints currently enrolled in ZEM Cloud. Click this card to navigate to the Endpoint Overview page.

Online Endpoints

Endpoints that have reported within the last 5 minutes. A healthy endpoint should maintain constant communication with ZEM Cloud.

Updates Pending

The total number of endpoints with one or more updates available. Click this card to filter the Endpoint Overview to show only endpoints with pending updates.

Low Disk Space

Endpoints with less than 10% free disk space on any volume. Click this card to view details and optionally dismiss alerts for specific volumes.

Quick Actions

Enrol Endpoint

The green + button in the sidebar opens the Enrol Endpoint wizard, allowing you to quickly add new devices to ZEM Cloud.

Dashboard Cards

Each statistic card is interactive:

Click a card to navigate to the relevant filtered view
Hover over a card to see additional context
Zero values indicate no items in that category (card is not clickable)

Clicking the Low Disk Space card opens a detailed modal showing:

Endpoint hostname with OS icon
Volume/mount point path
Total and free space
Percentage free (colour-coded)
Option to dismiss individual volumes

Dismissed volumes will automatically reappear if they recover above 10% free space and then drop below again.

Refreshing Data

Dashboard statistics update automatically. To force a refresh:

Refresh your browser page
Navigate away and back to the Home page

Endpoint data updates every 60 seconds as agents report their status.
