General

zenuem is a modern unified endpoint management (UEM) platform for managing Linux, macOS, Windows and mobile endpoints from a single console - telemetry, patching, scheduled reboots, user management, software inventory and more.

Ubuntu/Debian, Arch Linux and Fedora on Linux, plus macOS and Windows 10/11 on the desktop, and Docker containers on Linux hosts. Mobile device management for Android and iOS is coming soon.

That's right. Start your 30-day free trial without entering any payment information. We believe you should be able to fully evaluate zenuem before making any commitment.

No. Agents make outbound HTTPS connections to your zenuem console - there are no inbound ports to open and nothing to expose to the internet.

Platforms & agents

Each endpoint runs a lightweight agent that reports telemetry, checks for updates and processes queued actions (reboot, update, user management, timezone changes and more) over HTTPS. Linux uses systemd, macOS uses launchd, and Windows uses managed services.

Yes. Agents self-update through a signed, checksum-verified pipeline. Every plan includes lifetime console and agent updates, so you're always on the latest version.

Yes. On Linux hosts running Docker, a dedicated Docker agent provides container inventory, per-container start/stop/restart, image-update detection and one-click updates from the Docker dashboard.

Security

All agent-to-server communication uses HTTPS with proper certificate validation. Queue commands are HMAC-signed and verified fail-closed, and agent self-updates are SHA256-checksum verified before installation.

No. Agents only execute a fixed whitelist of action types. There is no arbitrary command execution, which keeps the attack surface small.

Your zenuem console runs on your own dedicated instance and holds your fleet data. We keep things simple, private and under your control.

Mobile (coming soon)

Yes. Native ZSync agents for Android and iOS are in active development, covering enrollment, device reports, remote lock/ring/wipe, push messages and profile tracking.

Mobile device enrollment will be available on the Unlimited plan for business customers. It is being rolled out and is marked coming soon on the pricing page.

Billing

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remaining time. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.

We'll notify you as you approach your limit. If you try to enroll more endpoints than your plan allows, you'll be prompted to upgrade. We never charge overage fees.
