Mobile Device Details
The device details page provides comprehensive information about a specific mobile device and tools to manage it.
Accessing Device Details
Click on any device row in the Mobile Devices table to open the details page.
Device Information
General
- Device Name - Assigned or default device name
- Manufacturer - Device manufacturer (Samsung, Google, Apple, etc.)
- Model - Device model name
- Serial Number - Hardware serial number (if available)
- Management Mode - Device Owner, Work Profile, or Unsupervised
Software
- OS Version - Android or iOS version number
- Security Patch - Security patch level (Android)
- Build Number - System build identifier
- Agent Version - ZSync app version
Hardware
- Battery Level - Current charge percentage
- Charging Status - Whether device is charging
- Storage Total - Total storage capacity
- Storage Free - Available storage space
Network
- IP Address - Current network address
- Wi-Fi MAC - Wi-Fi hardware address
Installed Applications
View the list of applications installed on the device:
- App Name - Application name
- Package Name - Application identifier (e.g., com.example.app)
- Version - Installed version number
Action Buttons
Available actions depend on the device platform and management mode:
Android Device Owner
- Lock - Lock the device screen
- Ring - Play a loud sound
- Reboot - Restart the device
- Wipe - Factory reset the device
- Push Message - Send a notification
- Unenrol - Remove from management
Android Work Profile
- Lock - Lock the device screen
- Ring - Play a loud sound
- Push Message - Send a notification
- Unenrol - Remove work profile
iOS
- Ring - Play a loud sound
- Push Message - Send a notification
- Unenrol - Remove from management
Device Notes
Add notes to a device for documentation purposes. Notes are visible to all administrators and can help track device assignments, issues, or maintenance history.
Pending System Update
If the device has a pending system update, it will be displayed here with available information about the update.
Last Report Time
Shows when the device last sent a status report. For iOS devices, this may require the user to open the ZSync app due to background execution limitations.
