Help Center
The Help Center tab provides access to documentation and guides directly within the ZEM Cloud dashboard.
Accessing the Help Center
- Click Configuration Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Help Center tab
Using the Help Center
Navigation
The Help Center has a sidebar on the left showing available topics. Topics are organised into categories:
- Getting Started - Introduction and basic concepts
- Enrolment - How to enrol endpoints and mobile devices
- Desktop Management - Managing desktop and server endpoints
- Mobile Management - Managing Android and iOS devices
- Platform Settings - Configuration options
- Troubleshooting - Common issues and solutions
Reading Articles
Click on a topic in the sidebar to load its articles. Each article provides:
- Step-by-step instructions
- Screenshots where helpful
- Tips and notes for important information
- Links to related topics
Table of Contents
Longer articles display a "On this page" navigation on the right side, showing the headings within the article. Click any heading to jump directly to that section.
Finding Help
If you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Center:
- Check the Troubleshooting section for common issues
- Use the Support tab to submit a ticket
- Review the Change Log for recent updates that may address your question

The Help Center documentation is maintained centrally and updated with new ZEM Cloud releases. Content covers:
