Mobile Devices Overview

The Mobile Devices page displays all enrolled Android and iOS devices and provides tools for monitoring and managing them.

Accessing Mobile Devices

Click Mobile Devices in the sidebar to access this page.

Dashboard Statistics

The top section displays key statistics:

• Total Devices - All enrolled mobile devices
• Online - Devices that have reported recently
• Device Owner - Android devices in Device Owner mode
• Work Profile - Android devices in Work Profile mode

Devices Table

The main table displays enrolled mobile devices with the following columns:

• Status - Online (green) or offline (grey) indicator
• Device Name - Device model or assigned name
• Platform - Android or iOS icon
• Model - Device manufacturer and model
• OS Version - Android or iOS version
• Mode - Management mode (Device Owner, Work Profile, or Unsupervised)
• Battery - Current battery level
• Last Seen - Time since last communication

Filtering Devices

Use the filter options to narrow down the device list:

• Search - Search by device name or model
• Platform - Filter by Android or iOS
• Mode - Filter by management mode
• Status - Show online or offline devices

Pagination

Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate large device lists and change the number of rows displayed per page.

Opening Device Details

Click on any device row to open the device details page. This provides comprehensive information and management options for that specific device.

Enrolling New Devices

To enrol a new mobile device:

1. Click the Enrol Endpoint button (green + icon) in the sidebar
2. Select Mobile / Tablet
3. Choose Android or iOS
4. Follow the enrolment wizard
