Endpoint Overview

The Endpoint Overview page displays all enrolled desktop endpoints and provides tools for monitoring and managing them.

Accessing Endpoint Overview

Click Endpoint Overview in the sidebar to access this page.

Endpoints Table

The main table displays your enrolled endpoints with the following columns:

Columns

  • Status - Online (green) or offline (grey) indicator
  • Hostname - Device name with OS icon
  • IP Address - Current network IP address
  • OS - Operating system and version
  • Updates - Number of pending updates (if any)
  • Last Seen - Time since last communication
  • Agent Version - Installed agent version

Status Indicators

  • Green dot - Endpoint is online (reported within 5 minutes)
  • Grey dot - Endpoint is offline (no recent communication)
  • Orange badge - Updates are available
  • Red badge - Security updates are available

Filtering Endpoints

Click the Filter button to open the filter panel. Available filters include:

  • Hostname - Search by device name
  • IP Address - Search by IP
  • OS Type - Filter by operating system (Ubuntu, Windows, macOS, etc.)
  • Updates Pending - Show only endpoints with updates
  • Last Seen - Filter by last communication time
  • Auto Reboot - Filter by auto-reboot setting
  • Agent Version - Filter by specific agent versions
  • Visibility - Show or hide hidden endpoints

Click Apply Filters to update the table. Click Clear Filters to reset all filters.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.

Default sort is by hostname in ascending order.

Pagination

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to:

  • Change rows per page (25, 50, 100, 200)
  • Navigate between pages
  • See total endpoint count

Opening Endpoint Details

Click on any endpoint row to open the endpoint details panel. This provides comprehensive information and management options for that specific device.

Bulk Actions

Some actions can be performed on multiple endpoints at once. Select endpoints using the checkboxes (if available) and choose an action from the bulk actions menu.

Quick Statistics

The page header may display quick statistics such as:

  • Total endpoints matching current filters
  • Number of online endpoints
  • Endpoints with pending updates

Refreshing Data

The endpoint list updates automatically as agents report. To manually refresh:

  • Use the refresh button (if available)
  • Refresh your browser page
  • Navigate away and back to the page
